Warehouse Admin

Job Desc:

1. Carry out administration related to goods data in the spare parts warehouse, including records of goods in and out.

2. Responsible for reports on spare parts warehouse activities and monthly stock taking

3. Arrange the layout of spare parts in the warehouse by maintaining the quality of goods

4. Coordinate with other divisions regarding requests, purchases, and arrivals of goods.

5. Checking transactions and proof of receipt and issuance of goods

6. Responsible for work equipment including inventory reports and take care of material procurement procedures

 

Requirement

1. Minimum D3 all majors

2. Experienced min. 1 year

3. Proficient in operating Ms. Office / Open Office and other digital technologies

4. Experience in using ERP systems, such as SAP is preferred
