Warehouse Admin

Job Description

  • Carry out administration related to goods data in the spare parts warehouse, including records of goods in and out.
  • Responsible for reports on spare parts warehouse activities and monthly stock taking
  • Arrange the layout of spare parts in the warehouse by maintaining the quality of goods
  • Coordinate with other divisions regarding requests, purchases, and arrivals of goods.
  • Checking transactions and proof of receipt and issuance of goods
  • Responsible for work equipment including inventory reports and take care of material procurement procedures

Requirements

  • Minimum D3 all majors
  • Experienced min. 1 year
  • Proficient in operating Ms. Office / Open Office and other digital technologies
  • Experience in using ERP systems, such as SAP is preferred
